LS Materials (CEO Hong Young-ho) announced on the 13th that it was selected as the '2024 Company with Excellent Labor-Management Culture' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor selects companies that practice labor-management culture of mutual prosperity and cooperation as excellent companies every year. Selected companies are given various administrative and financial benefits such as exemption from regular labor supervision (for up to five years), deferral of tax investigation, and preferential loan interest rates.

LS Materials has been highly rated for having established a cooperative labor-management culture without any labor disputes since its establishment and for creating a safe, accident-free work environment for all employees.

In addition, the labor and management are jointly conducting safety inspections of workplaces every quarter and taking the lead in creating a safe workplace to achieve the goal of zero accidents.
